Biography
Yuting is a research scientist at Meta Reality Labs Research working on human motion tracking, control, and synthesis for AR/VR applications. Her recent work focuses on applying deep learning to hand motion tracking and hand-object manipulation synthesis. She is especially interested in combining prior knowledge of human motion and physics in deep learning problems. Previously, she also worked on facial animation and tracking, animation and rigging systems, and physics based human animation and control in the VFX industry. She holds a PhD in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology studying simulation and control in character animation.
