Dr. Lan Xu is an Assistant Professor with the School of Information Science and Technology at ShanghaiTech University. He received BS degree in Information Science and Electronic Engineering from Zhejiang University, and received a PhD degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
