Xin Tong is partner research manager of Internet Graphics Group in Microsoft Research Asia. He obtained his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in 1999. His research interests include appearance modeling, texture synthesis, facial performance capturing, realistic rendering, as well as data driven geometric processing. He has served as associate editor of IEEE TVCG, ACM TOG, and CGF. Now he is the AEIC of IEEE TVCG and associate editor of IEEE CG&A.
