Tobias Zirr
Biography
Tobias Zirr is a research scientist in the Graphics Research Organization at Intel. He is excited about the new opportunities opened by real-time ray tracing and path tracing, and about paving the gaps to make high levels of visual fidelity achievable for everyone. In his current role, he is pushing real-time path tracing research and enablement efforts at Intel, with research interests including robust Monte Carlo rendering algorithms, their adaptation for real-time rendering, and development of new techniques at the intersection of classic and neural rendering.
