Originally from Malaysia, D’Lun Wong moved to the United States to study computer animation. After graduation, he joined the VFX industry in 2007. He specializes in crowd simulation, hair and cloth simulation, and character rigging. Wong started his professional career at Rhythm and Hues Studios and worked as a technical animator. Since then he has worked in various different studios on a broad range of blockbuster movies such as “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” “How to Train Your Dragon 2” (and 3), “Frozen 2,” and the recent multiple award-winning “Encanto.”
