Damon has been at DreamWorks Animation for over 20 years, with his first show at the studio introducing Puss in Boots in Shrek2 and the latest one re-introducing the character in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. He's been a part of the Character Effects department the whole time, supervising films from Megamind, Peabody, Trolls, Everest, and now Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. Damon is a California native, growing up in the Bay Area, spending 10 years in Santa Barbara at UCSB and Alias|Wavefront, back to the Bay working at PDI, and now continuing with DreamWorks in Southern California.
