Biography
Klaus Hildebrandt is a tenured Assistant Professor of the Intelligent Systems Department at Delft University of Technology. Previous to that he was a Senior Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics in Saarbrücken, where he headed the Applied Geometry group. He received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Free University Berlin. His research interests include Geometric Modeling and Geometry Processing, Physics-Based Computer Animation, and Computational and Discrete Differential Geometry.
