Making a Digital Double of Alan Shepard’s Space Suit
DescriptionWe describe the capture methodology we deployed for creating a high-resolution digital double of Alan Shepard’s Space Suit. We describe the capture setup as well as a new hybrid mesostructure reconstruction approach that combines fine details recovered per view using a neural method with the low-frequencies stemming from photogrammetry.
