Virtual Mirrors: Non-line-of-sight Imaging Beyond the Third Bounce
DescriptionNon-line-of-sight (NLOS) imaging uses indirect illumination to image objects around corners. We show how diffuse surfaces can exhibit specular behavior in the computational wave-based NLOS imaging domain. Using this observation, we overcome challenges such as imaging geometry around two corners or imaging geometry which manifests limited visibility using current methods.
