Rob is a Production Executive at DreamWorks with credits as a Character Rigger and Head of Character Technologies from Shrek 2 to Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. Previously, Rob was Researcher in Cultural Resources in the Division of Anthropology at the American Museum of Natural History; Founder of Kickstand Animation; and Director of the Digital Arts Laboratory at Pratt Institute. He has a BA from Brooklyn College in Anthropology; a MFA in Digital Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design; is the author of Digital Character Development: Theory and Practice (AK Peters/CRC Press) and the creator of OpenPipeline.
