Mark Bolas is a Professor of Cinematic Arts at USC, working with the Interactive Media and Games division and the Institute for Creative Technologies. An early alum of the Computer Audio Research Laboratory at UCSD and the VIEW laboratory at NASA Ames, Mark strives to design synthesized experiences and technologies that can provide satisfaction and fun. SIGGRAPH has helped drive his work by providing a wonderful culture of people, projects, and ideas from Emerging Technologies exhibits to the Electronic Theater and the trade show floor. Mark continues his work at Fakespace Labs and mentors at the Kigutu International Academy.
