Takuya Funatomi is currently an associate professor at the Division of
Information Science, Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST),
Japan since 2015 and concurrently a PRESTO Researcher of Japan Science
and Technology Agency (JST) since 2020. He was an assistant professor at
Kyoto University from 2007 to 2015, and a visiting assistant professor
at Stanford University in 2014. He received PhD in Informatics from
Kyoto University in 2007. He is a senior member of IEEE.
