Eric Bermender began his career over 25 years ago, and is currently the Head of Data Center & IT Infrastructure at Pixar Animation Studios. He guides teams of engineers tasked with implementing cutting edge digital storage and data center technologies that enables Pixar to produce pioneering imagery and stories. Mr. Bermender has numerous screen credits representing various contributions he’s made between Visual Effects and Animation workflows; Star Wars Episode 2, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Toy Story 4, and Soul are among a sampling of his feature work. He is a member of the Visual Effects Society and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery Siggraph society. Mr. Bermender has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Computer Graphics and Imaging as well as a MBA in Business Management.
