Geert Lugtenberg received his Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in 2012 and his Master of Science at Utrecht University, the Netherlands in 2016. Both information science degrees specialized in Media Technology and his thesis work was done at the Interactive Media Design (IMD) lab at Nara Institute of Science and Technology in Japan. He has worked at Vuforia (PTC Netherlands) as Augmented Reality Engineer for 4 years, developing client-tailored solutions. Geert is now a second-year PhD student at IMD lab in NAIST, where his research is about augmented reality and human computer interaction.
