Biography
Rosebush began doing CGI while a grad student at Syracuse University. Formerly working in radio, television, and film, Rosebush began making computer animations after 1970s, completing the short art film Space++, seen here, in 1974. He co-founded Digital Effects Inc. in New York in 1978, whose work is included in this show. Animations advanced from wire frame to fully rendered VR, and included TRON (1982). The Judson Rosebush Company, based in Carnegie Hall, created multimedia CD-ROMs, Rosebush is co-author of "Computer Graphics for Designers and Artists" with Isaac Kerlow, (1985, 1994.) Rosebush resides in New York and consults for films.
