Biography
Oliver Gingrich is a London-based artist and researcher addressing representations through digital media and interactions. His work embraces traditional formats as well as more novel techniques including holograms and brain interfaces. His explorations focus on the relationship between perception, identity and the human condition. He is Programme Lead for Animation at the University of Greenwich. Oliver has also worked for 14 years as art director for MDH Hologram, a leading company in 3D projection. From his artistic stance, he'll raise perspectives and threats brought about by AI, such as how it might affect our perception of ourselves and our environment.
