Biography
Adam Jones is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Mississippi State University, where he directs the High Fidelity Virtual Environments Lab (Hi5 Lab). His research on improving virtual and extended reality by integrating elements from fields such as computer graphics, neuroscience, psychology, ophthalmology, data science, and rapid prototyping.
Previously, Jones held faculty positions in Computer & Information Science and Neuroscience at the University of Mississippi. He also served in two postdoctoral fellowships, one in the Virtual Environments Group at Clemson University and another in the Institute for Creative Technologies at USC.
