Biography
Rich Lappenbusch is an accomplished cloud and technology leader who has built and managed both data and media global scale infrastructure. Mr. Lappenbusch has designed, built, and managed clouds, services, broadcasting facilities, studios, data centers, postproduction facilities, and other custom venues for public and private companies including Continuum, DXC, GE, HPE, Inttra, Microsoft, MSN, MSNBC, NBC, Net Element, StratusCore, and Supermicro. His recent focus is on cost and environmental efficiency of data center products and services at scale.

Mr. Lappenbusch received his Master of Professional Studies from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in Interactive Telecommunications, and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Redlands in Business Administration with a post-graduate Certificate as a Master of Competitive Intelligence. Rich mentors graduate students at the University of Washington’s Global Innovation Exchange program. He is a native Seattleite and enjoys long distance cycling events and racing.
