Biography
Raiffa Syamil is a 3rd year PhD student in Computer Science and a graduate research assistant at UCF. She works under the direction of Dr. Carolina Cruz-Neira and Dr. Dirk Reiners of the Virtual and Augmented Reality Lab (VARLab). Her current research interests cover a wide breadth of topics including virtual reality locomotion, eye tracking technology, and cinematic virtual reality. Her goal as a VR professional is to be both a scientist and an artist to take full advantage of the creative and technical challenges that VR as a medium present.
