Biography
As an experienced Unreal Animation Pipeline Developer in Montreal, Trevor Sommer has been developing pipelines and artist tools for animated films in Unreal Engine since October 2020. Prior to this, he worked as a CFX Pipeline Lead at Cinesite where he set up integration between old and new studio pipelines, built Nucleus Tools for cloth and hair rigs, and integrated xgen pipelines. He worked as a Character FX TD for over a year, building CFX toolsets and pipelines for feature animated films and creating artist-generated post-rig/deformation toolsets/plugins for animation, shot finaling, and CFX.
