Markus Kranzler is a senior character shading TD at Pixar Animations Studios. After getting his masters in mathematics he went to the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg to study Technical Directing, where he worked on a number of successful short films like The Present, Rollin’ Wild and Natalis. Outside of school he also worked on VFX movies including titles like Iron Man 3, Skyfall and Man of Steel. After graduating in 2014 he moved to the US to work at Pixar where he worked in several departments on movies including The Good Dinosaur, Finding Dory, Cars3, Coco, Soul, Luca, Turning Red and Elemental.
