With backgrounds in computers and media arts, Weihao Qiu situates his interdisciplinary practices between interactive art, computer algorithms&photography and interrogates images' changing ontology in the current transition to the age of AI. By encapsulating different mediums, including cameras, sensors, computer programs, neural nets and their training datasets, he created undefined images and interactive experiences that arouse the audience's reflection on new technologies, both their improvements and deprivation on us. His works have been exhibited in venues such as the Beijing Times Art Museum, FeraFile, The Wolf Museum of Exploration+Innovation (MOXI), UCSB MAT End of Year Shows, etc.
