Wei-Chung Chang is an Associate Professor and the Head of the Department of Multimedia and Animation Arts of National Taiwan University of Arts (NTUA). He also served as the formal director of the Innovation Incubation Center in NTUA. He received his Ph.D. in Art Education at the Pennsylvania State University. He was a Technical Director of PIXAR in 1997. His research of interests focus on the pedagogical approach in animation education, gender issues, and the application of 3D animation in AR and VR. He is on the steering committee of MCAP.
