Using GFXReconstruct for Capture & Replay with Vulkan and DX12
DescriptionLooking for a versatile developer tool to help you capture and debug traces? This session will highlight GFXReconstruct 1.0, an open-source capture and replay tool for Vulkan and DX12 developed by LunarG and several Khronos partners. We’ll introduce GFXReconstruct, explain how to use it, and provide multiple demos. Advanced topics will include: 1) running validation with replay, 2) inspecting captured calls in human-readable form, 3) capturing Vulkan on Android, 4) capturing DX12, 5) replaying Vulkan captures on other platforms (and discussing limitations), and 6) reviewing more options and how to use them.
