Exploring the Artistic Frontier: Unleashing Creativity in 3D Models with glTF and PBR
DescriptionThe artistic creation of realistic materials in real-time 3D models in glTF using physically-based rendering (PBR) is discussed and demonstrated. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the best practices, workflows, and optimizations required to simulate iridescent, anisotropy, and other effects and to achieve stunning visual realism for 3D assets. We will discuss the techniques used and available tools to achieve these effects.
Attendees are encouraged to ask questions, share their own solutions, and prepare their own topics for informal discussions of issues they face in their own workflows and techniques to help them create PBR materials for glTF and beyond.
