.AI and Massively Collaborative Creativity (An AI Salon)
DescriptionA group of AI/ML experts and entertainment industry members have been gathering for "AI Salons" in Los Angeles. These are cross-disciplinary events where we invite engineers, directors, psychologists, game designers, and media theorists. Instead of panels, attendees stand up and briefly discuss a project or area of focus that they are working on, and then pass the mic around the room for people to offer feedback from multiple points of view. We're excited to host our next Salon as a BOF at SIGGRAPH, where we'll examine AI as a new medium for "massively collaborative creativity" in a post .com world.
