The Opportunity

Do you want to help build the future of e-commerce experience?

3D is changing the way customers interact online, as customers now expect to be able to visualize and experience products when shopping online.

Adobe is looking for a product manager that will be part of a cross-functional product team with engineers and designers, empowered to solve both internal and external customer and business problems in e-commerce with 3D.

While we empower our product teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable to the results. Shipping is a must, but not sufficient. We are seeking a product manager who is not afraid of signing up for results, even when this means they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results.

This is a key individual contributor role. You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, partners, and key stakeholders, through your use of data, logic and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop and define product feature requirements and work with x-functional partners on the development of joint solutions

Integrate feature development into the product roadmap based on data and input from customers, the business, stakeholders

Able to define and deliver features and components for both internal and external customers and partners

Able to communicate effectively with engineering technically and translate business requirements into solution specifications.

Lead the conversation with cross-functional teams, e.g., the user experience design, engineering, shared technology teams and project planning to deliver the right product to the market

Keep up to date with the market, including partner products and competitors

Conduct interviews, surveys, and other studies to understand customer behavior and needs

Highly engaged with users, customers, co-workers, and partners

Outcomes and metrics-oriented mentality that focuses on delivering measurable success

Be a customer advocate at every step, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight

What is needed to succeed

Strong product management and technical background with a good understanding of what products do, how they are architected, and how they integrate with other products

BA/BS degree in Computer Science preferred

Strong knowledge of 3D computer graphics, 3D workflows, SaaS

3 years working with product management in a technical area

Curiosity and ability to see and consider out-of-the-box ideas

Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative relationship

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
