Eventfulness for Interactive Video Alignment
SessionImage and Video Editing
DescriptionWe introduce eventfulness, a general and adaptive measure of temporal saliency in videos. We show that eventfulness can be learned from large amounts of stochastically generated synthetic video and demonstrate its use in novel interactive tools for applications from sound effect extraction and application to dynamic audio-driven time warping.
