Flawless are looking for a Visual Dubbing Supervisor to head up projects and lead a team of Post Production Specialists.

Detailed Responsibilities
Ingest/process media and set up projects while adhering to established organizational guidelines
Task and team management
Work closely with the Production Lead to ensure deadlines and high-quality standards are met
Gain a deep understanding of the entire Vubbing process to assist with problem-solving as necessary
QC and approval of every stage of the Vubbing process
Liaise with UK supervisors to streamline processes in an ongoing fashion
Shotgun / ShotGrid (preferable)
Requirements and Skills
Applicants should meet 5 or more of the following requirements:
DaVinci Resolve (as an editing tool, rather than color correction)
Fusion and knowledge of node-based tools
Shotgrid (/Shotgun) or other task management database
Experience in TV/film post-production workflow (from shot footage to final delivery)
Experience in picture QC/review processes.
Knowledge of file formats (esp. EXR)
Knowledge of colorspace (esp. ACES)
1yr+ experience overseeing a team of 3 or more people in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management
Ability to adapt to changing requirements
Good communication skills
(bonus) Interest in language/linguistics
